These terms govern use of the AEGITz website and public content. They do not replace a signed services agreement, statement of work, order form, or other contract between AEGITz and a client. If those documents conflict with these website terms, the signed agreement controls.

Articles, threat information, assessments, templates, calculators, and workbooks are provided for general informational and operational-planning purposes. They are not legal, tax, insurance, or regulatory advice and do not guarantee a particular security, compliance, financial, or business result.

Use of public resources

You may download and use AEGITz public workbooks and templates within your organization. You may adapt them for internal use. You may not resell, relicense, remove attribution from, or represent an AEGITz resource as your original commercial product without written permission.

No security guarantee

No website content, checklist, scan, or assessment can eliminate cyber risk. Security conditions and threat information change, and results depend on scope, available evidence, implementation, configuration, people, and ongoing operation.

Third-party information and links

The website may reference third-party services, standards, government sources, and external links. AEGITz does not control third-party content or availability. References do not automatically constitute an endorsement.

Acceptable use

Do not use the website or public resources to interfere with systems, bypass security, distribute malicious material, violate law, misrepresent identity, or infringe another party’s rights.

Availability and changes

We may update, correct, suspend, or remove website content and resources. We may revise these terms by posting an updated date on this page.
